Why can you get AIDS medicine cheaper in Africa than you can in the Bronx? Why do our prisoners, our terrorist detainees, and our neighbors to the north provide health care while average Americans lament and debate the cost of medical insurance? It will be the topic of primary and presidential debates for the next year; however, a year with discussion and no solution may be too long for some.
