ROBIN WILLIAMS was in town this past week shooting a new film meant to be set in Wisconsin. According to all who ran into the famous funnyman, he was sweet to everybody, going out of his way to sign autographs and even visiting a day care center in Ashokan to say hi to the kids who knew him only as a voice.

Politicians, editorialists, even devout opponents of the Large Parcel Law have recently expressed anger, distaste and caution in regard to the barnstorming tactics of Olivebridge resident, Charles Blumstein. In the case of the law's opponents, such as members of the Olive Matters committee (which recently retitled its organization from COLPRC and established a website at Olivematters.org), some have stated their fears that Blumstein's aggressive campaigning against the law will prove counterproductive.
