DESIGN R US... On Friday afternoon, February 2, from 3 to 5 PM , SUNY Ulster’s Muroff Kostler Gallery will hold an Opening Reception for its fabulous new show “Design Dialogues,” which features work by local and city-based esigners of architecture, print, furniture, exhibition and industrial design in a means to create a dialogue about the process of design and its pervasiveness in everyday life. A special evening of discussion sparked by the exhibits themes is planned for February 12. The gallery is located at the UCC campus in Stone Ridge. For further information call 687-511 or visit www.sunyulster.edu. You’d be surprised how much of what we see and know is designed...
