As part of the Visiting Artist program at Ulster County Community College, Portia Munson, an artist who works in a variety of media, will present a slide show and lecture on her work, followed by the opening reception for her “Installation and Images.” The lecture will take place on Thursday, October 12, at 7:00 p.m. in Burroughs Hall, Room 120, on SUNY Ulster’s Stone Ridge campus. The opening reception will follow in the Muroff Kotler Gallery, where the exhibition will be open through November 10. The gallery, located near the Student Dining Center in Vanderlyn Hall, is open from Monday through Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and by appointment.
