THE CATSKILLS IS ART... Phoenicia’s fabulous The Arts Upstairs opens a new exhibit entitled, simply, The Catskills at its marvelous upstairs space at 60 Main Street in the region’s hottest little hamlet the evening of Saturday, July 16, with a reception for artists and patrons from 6 until 9. Different styles and subject matter, and the range of prices, from under $100 to over $2,000, means there is always something for everybody's taste. Above, for instance, is Renee Samuels’ "Television Family." Be there.
