Circulation & Distribution:
Primary distribution is free-of-charge via Standard Mail to all postal addresses in the newspapersí coverage area under Postal Permit # 501, Kingston, NY. Current Standard Mail circulation is 5,360 copies per issue (2,810 Phoenicia Times and 2,550 Olive Press ) with an additional 180 copies sent via 1st class mail to out-of-town subscribers. Total distribution via US mail: 5,560 copies per issue.
Secondary distribution of approximately 4,800 copies per issue is accomplished through placement in 60 to 80 retailers and other businesses, seasonally adjusted, throughout the Route 28 corridor.
Total circulation of 10,300 copies per issue normally peaks at about 11,000 copies during the summer months. This figure represents about 22,000 readers per issue, about 13,000 residents and homeowners of the primary coverage
area, and 9,000 residents of adjacent towns and visitors to the region.
